BB&C is a company providing a full range of administrative, management and specialized services for trade and professional associations. In effect, BB&C is the staff for its client associations. Our staff work in teams with our association clients.
How
BB&C provides a staff of association leaders to work with the volunteer board and committee structure. A BB&C principal or account manager is appointed as the chief staff officer of each client association and works with a team of professional staff. BB&C association and meeting planning professionals are also retained for projects or events to relieve the pressure on an organization's regular staff.
Why
All volunteers have limited time to commit to their association activities. With the BB&C staff team supporting them, volunteers can focus on the quality issues facing their industry or profession. Once goals are established the execution of the plan is turned over to the BB&C team. Of course there are additional benefits arising from the use of shared facilities, knowledge and continuity of service.
