ACMO - Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario
ACMO is a professional association representing the interests of the condominium managers in Ontario. ACMO's mission is to enhance the quality performance of condominium property managers and management companies in Ontario. There are several non-voting categories of membership including associates who supply goods and services to the condominium community.

ACMO's programs and services include the publication of a quarterly magazine and newsletter, numerous social events and monthly luncheons. Education of condominium managers is a core service and ACMO administers its own certification designation the R.C.M. (Registered Condominium Manager). ACMO also offers self-policing of its members through a Code of Ethics and ACMO 2000 Certification for corporate members.

ACSESS - Association of Canadian Search, Employment & Staffing Services
ACSESS Is the single voice for the employment, recruitment and staffing services industry in Canada. It promotes Advancement & Growth of the Industry by providing services to, and communicating with, members of the employment, recruitment and staffing services industry. Primary objectives of ACSESS include coordinating educational programs; promoting best business practices, and representing its membership before governments and the general public.

ACSESS offers a certification program and successful candidates are granted the professional designation CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant).

CACH - Canadian Adult Congenital Heart Network
CACH is a registered charity founded in1991 to develop and strengthen an array of regional centres designed to meet the needs of adult congenital heart patients in Canada. The main purpose of CACH is to pool the knowledge and expertise of the congenital heart disease professionals in Canada and to create a community of individuals committed to their patients and to helping each other strengthen their skills and knowledge of the discipline.

The main programs and services of CACH include the development of a national database, patient communication network, a newsletter and research projects.

CAMA - Canadian Automatic Merchandising Association
The Canadian Automatic Merchandising Association • L'Association Canadienne d'Auto-distribution is the only association representing the interest of Vending Operators, Machine Manufacturers, and Product & Service Suppliers in Canada. CAMA annually hosts the only comprehensive Canadian trade show addressing the vending industry. The show rotates between Montreal and Toronto.

The 2006 trade show will be held in Niagara Falls.

CBMU - The Canadian Board of Marine Underwriters
CBMU was founded in 1917 to represent the goals and interests of the Canadian marine insurance industry with particular emphasis on trade policy, legislation, loss prevention and ship building maintenance. The key functions of CBMU are to procure and exchange relevant information amongst the membership, facilitate the exchange of views and ideas on marine insurance and promote the interests of its membership.

The key programs and services of CBMU include a code of standards, participation in international forums through IUMI, liaison with government departments and agencies and other industry and professional associations. Detailed work programs are undertaken by several standing committees and a regular newsletter is published.

CSLA – The Canadian Society of Landscape Architects
The CSLA, established in 1934, is the national voice of landscape architects in Canada. CSLA represents ten provincial and territorial components and their 1500 members in every corner of Canada. CBDA - Canadian Broadcast Distribution Association
CBDA represents broadcasters who use Telesat facilities to transmit their television signal. The membership includes the television networks, speciality, pay, pay per view and educational networks. The mission of CBDA is to foster the efficient deployment and use of satellite technology in Canada at rates which are just and reasonable.

CBDA has recently formed an Associates member catagory which is open to suppliers of goods, including distribution undertakings, and services to the voting members.

CBDA's main programs are an annual conference, appearing before the CRTC regarding Telesat's rates, lobbying of broadcasting issues and developing television and satellite standards.

NACM - National Association of Condominium Managers
NACM was formed in 2008 to to act as an association of condominium management professionals for the purpose of educating and certifying specialists in condominium management in regions across Canada.

OPA – Ontario Psychiatric Association
The Ontario Psychiatric Association is the provincial voice of Ontario's Psychiatrists.
The OPA primarily serves to:

  • Represent members to governments, universities, and other medical associations.
